That's all for now. All my outdoor plants have spent the last week or so protected from cold and snow. No signs of it letting up for at least another week. I'm not a big fan of cold, but I especially hate this bitter cold weather with days failing to get out of the 20s and nights staying near or in the single digits. Bring on some 40s at least!
Pics of my "tropical" New York City yard. I am in a USDA gardening zone 7 and I use plants that are hardy to our winters, are easy to overwinter indoors, or use as annuals to get the tropical look this far north. Please ask for my permission and give me credit if you use any of my pics! Thanks for looking!

My plumeria is still blooming a month later.
Pretty impressed by how much my largest plumeria has bloomed so far this month. Definitely helps chase some of those winter blues away. With no signs of spring outside, it's nice to see some signs of summer still linger on inside!
